We hope you'll be praying toward the Accelerate 2010 and Convergence meetings and come expectant for God to work among us. Each week we'll post a specific prayer request. Please pray your way to Birmingham with us!
PRAY for those registered and those yet to register:
Gracious Father, we thank you for every person who has registered for Convergence and Accelerate 2010 and those who have not yet registered. We ask you to be at work in their lives between now and our time in Birmingham. Prepare them - mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally - to come together and seek Your heart and Your vision for accelerating the Great Commission in the next decade. Give them strength and ability to overcome any obstacles that would hinder them coming. For those not registered, we ask you to clear schedules, resolve finances, or sort out other obligations to clear the path for each one to come. Bless and protect these servants of Yours for Your glory, in Jesus name.

As hosts to the March 1-4 gathering, Mission Birmingham and the Tuscaloosa Prayer Network are looking forward to your being in our neck of the woods. Our local leaders are eagerly anticipating what God will do as you impact our community during those days. May God bless you as you prepare. No matter what images you may have in your head about our city, Birmingham is a beautiful place to live and minister. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. . .
